Everything you want to know before you show up

We answer the questions that would stop most people from walking through the door.

What does a typical session look like?

You'll arrive 10 minutes early to warm up and chat with coaches. Then comes a 5-10 minute skill or strength block where you learn or refine a movement. The main workout is 15-20 minutes of varied functional movements, scaled to your level. You finish with a cool-down and stretch. Total time is under 45 minutes.

Every exercise has multiple variations. Coaches watch you and suggest modifications based on your ability and goals. A beginner might do box step-ups while an advanced member does jump box-overs. Same workout, different intensity. You're always challenged, never overwhelmed.

Absolutely. Many members combine them. CrossFit builds overall fitness and conditioning. Weightlifting focuses on strength in specific lifts. They complement each other well. Our coaches can help you structure a plan that works for both.

No. We've trained complete beginners alongside experienced athletes. Everyone starts somewhere. Your first week is about learning movement patterns and finding your baseline. The coaches will guide you through everything.
