CLASSES
Crossfit:
CrossFit has long been defined as constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity. At CrossFit Chemistry our CrossFit classes apply this traditional methodology within a structured program. You will be instructed on a broad range of movements from weightlifting to gymnastics, kettlebell to plyometrics, all under the practiced eye of one of our experienced coaches. As movement competency improves, we will challenge you with progressively intense efforts to continue to increase your work capacity over broad time and modal domains (CrossFit Definition of Fitness).

Elements:
Our Elements Program is designed to develop all the CrossFit fundamentals. It limits the complexity of movements, focusing on key groups of exercises like hip hinges, squats, presses, and pulls, to lay the proper foundation for a long and successful fitness journey. Classes are aimed at all fitness levels with class sizes limited to prioritise instruction and provide relevant scaling options as required. Our Elements classes can be used as a springboard into our CrossFit classes or as a stand-alone comprehensive training program.


CrossFit Kids:
CrossFit Kids is a program designed to introduce children to fitness in a fun, engaging, and age-appropriate way. While the main objective of the program is to create a healthy relationship with exercise, the benefit of the program is in the development of the vestibular system (balance and spatial orientation) and age specific musculoskeletal development through impact loading (jumping and bounding). Through a wide variety of movement instruction, workouts and fitness-based games, CrossFit Kids encourages children to explore their physical abilities, build friendships and set the foundation for lifelong fitness habits.
